I was very Pleased with this site as there was a warm welcome and as we arrived at 7.00pm no cash changed hands until the next day, a bonus !! Even then I accidently over paid and was called back for a refund. The site is very well maintained and the added attraction was no children, there was no loud music etc, although the radio playing in the toilet block was a nice touch as was the cat who came to visit all the visitors on arrival !!!!!! Closest pub is the Shovels a 10/15 walk good beer & food prices. Bus stop was 2 mins away to go to Blackpool on a 30 min journey. Odd bit of noise from air traffic going to the airport but not intrusive. Only sorry I burnt the grass with my barbi (Sorry) Overall a very pleasant camping experience was had thank you. Will deffinetly be returning, Trust the owners directions and dont be fooled by Googles icon that seems to place the site off School road towards kitty lane. The site entrance is on School lane to the right of the cat sanctuary that has a picture of black cat on it.

Very convernant to bus stop into Blackpool,(with buspass) no need to use your motor pub just a walk away in all a very good site for disable campers but there is a step down to toilets.There his a very freindy cat who visit every one in turn.

This was our 5th visit to the site. The owners run a superb site that offers great value for money, friendly and close enough to Blackpool, Lythm and St Annes. Lots of homely touches including good facilities even a microwave is available for your use. As its an adults only site it is peaceful and very well maintained. The area for tents is close to the toilet and shower facilities and there is no problem with campers hooking up to the electricity supply. The site is quite close to Blackpool Airport so their is a bit of noise from small planes and helicopters so if your a plane spotter that could be a plus. This is one of our favourite sites we visit
